Made from what the harvest leaves behind.
Every briquette starts as a coconut shell. Left alone, it would be burned in the open or thrown away. We turn it into clean, lasting heat.

Step 1
Coconut harvested
Farmers harvest coconuts for their flesh, oil and water. The fruit is the main crop.

Shell collected as byproduct
Once the fruit is used, the hard shell remains. We collect it instead of letting it go to waste.

Carbonized into charcoal
Shells are heated with limited oxygen until they turn into pure, dense charcoal.

Pressed into briquettes
The charcoal is ground, pressed into uniform shapes and dried, ready for the bowl.
No trees are cut down for our product.
Wood charcoal starts with a felled tree. Ours starts with a shell that was going to waste.
Circular economy
